RETURNS POLICY
Saremi Health and Beauty uphold customer service with the highest priority. For this reason our returns policy is customer friendly and we do our very best to ensure every single customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Should you receive an order that arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may arrange for it's return and for a replacement to be sent to you.
We are happy to replace any item that is faulty, however if you simply decide you no longer want the product or do not like it, we cannot refund, so please ensure you are selecting the right product.
Saremi Health and Beauty do not manufacture the products we sell, however we have carefully selected products that have been audited, approved and are of the highest quality.
We firmly believe that the products we sell via our online store are the best in their category, therefore we experience very few returns.
However, as customer service is our priority, if you are not happy with your purchase and want a refund, we request you do the following:
- Email us at sales@saremihealthandbeauty.com.au with the details
- Ensure that you contact us within 1 day of receiving your order
- Return the product to us within 14 days of placing your order
Upon receipt of your product we will assess the situation and depending on the outcome:
- Provide you with a full credit for the item plus postage or;
- Send you a replacement product or;
- Refund the amount of your purchase.
